CMS Consultants, Inc has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our secure obligation to our client’s privacy. The following disclosures are our practices for this website.
Attendance Policy: Any student Tardy for class will need to take the next course offered, Attendance is taking at the beginning of the course as well as when breaks are given. When returning from breaks instructor will take roll call as well. Seat time is required to record all hours, attendee may use restroom but must check in and out with in 2 minutes, no extended breaks are authorized.
Shared Information: CMS Consultants, Inc collects information from you in connection with registration into any of our courses- live and online. However, we do not share ANY information with any third parties for purposes of marketing, SPAM mail or tracking web browsing. No information is store in publicly accessible computer systems at CMS Consultants, Inc. We maintain the records for credit banking information and our own records to log necessary hours. We keep the invoice that is mailed to you for our records, which does not store any credit card information.
Refunds: All fees paid for the course are due at time of registrations. Fees are refundable when: a course is discontinued by CMS Consultants, Inc which has prevented a student from completing a course; or within 7 days of payment the student wants to drop the course. All refunds will be completed within 30 days after the effective date of enrollment termination. Once a student has begun or completed a course, no refunds will be granted.
Record Retention and Rules of conduct: CMS Consultants will maintain all record for safe keeping for 5 years by cloud server as well as back that information up to a external hard drive that is keep in a safe. Each student at the beginning of course will be required to sign a copy of the Rules of Conduct and this will also be maintained for 5 years.
