Corrina Carter, Owner/CEO of CMS Consultants Inc. entered into the mortgage industry in 1994 as a young energetic Loan Officer. She was soon recognized early on as a leader, and was taken under the wing of Power House Mortgage Lenders that carefully groomed her into becoming one of the most sought after Mortgage Brokers today in the Hampton roads area.  Corrina has worked independly since 1998 as running a full net branch operation to go on and open her own mortgage company in 2005. She is known for her intensive research and training, producing “TOP NOTCH” Loan Officers.

Licensed FHA Expert, VA, Conventional, Commercial, Reverse Mortgage, and Real Estate Instructor, Corrina currently trains other Mortgage Companies on how to obtain their FHA licenses, and was chosen to teach at the Millennium School of Real Estate after teaching her own loan officer classes since 2001. Her level of experience in loan origination, processing and underwriting is what has driven her to want to be an educator and mentor in the mortgage industry. The requirements of training that her company has always required and provided has made the path for future foot steps into the education, training, and quest speaking of the mortgage world.
